Templar Grafitti

The king of France, Philippe Le Bel, covetted the Knights Templar wealth and worried about their power that could jeopardize his sovereignty. That is why he decided to start proceedings against the Templars, accusing them of: denying Christ, homosexuality and idolatry. In short, all the accusations made against heretics. These accusations ended up with the arrest and the imprisonment of all the Templars in France on the same day: October Friday, the 13th, 1307.
